Who Are We?
Our people are what make us great
Together with our sister company, Platinum Ambulance Service, we are a premier private ambulance service based in the South East of England, with our headquarters and super base near Billingshurst in West Sussex, close to Gatwick. We proudly deliver daily 999 frontline services to NHS Ambulance Trusts and offer a comprehensive range of private ambulance services for individuals and businesses, including private transfers, event medical support, high-dependency care, and worldwide repatriations to any UK destination. We also provide an exclusive VIP service, which includes Medical Close Protection.
We are trusted with many high-profile VIP events, and have earned a reputation for having the best clinicians at our clients' service, whether that's the NHS Trusts or our private clients. We firmly believe that our people are what make us great, and so we take great pride in having a comprehensive and thorough recruitment process.
We make no excuses that it's thorough, but we will support you through the process and can assure you that it's well worth it, as you'll be joining an organisation that puts people first.
We only recruit on a self-employed basis.
Why Choose Us?
Free CPD Courses
We believe that since you invest your time with us, showing us at our best, your progression and development should be free under our Training Academy.
We cover a wide range of CPD courses, all of which come with an official CPD certificate as an accredited CPD Group Provider.
Flight Paramedicine
Through Air, Land & Sea Repatriation, we can progress our Paramedics into the world of aeromedical work, caring for patients under aircraft pressures.
Want to fly on the hardest Air Ambulance? We'll get you there for free, unlocking a new white uniform and your wings in the process.
Zero To Hero
We believe that anyone with the ambition and motivation should be able to become a Paramedic, no matter their previous experience, age or professional qualifications.
As long as you have Maths and English and a full UK driving licence, you can join us with no prior clinical experience and work your way up from Make Ready Operative or Ambulance Care Assistant all the way to Flight Paramedic.
Leading Provider in the South East
Did you know our sister company, Platinum Ambulance Service, was founded to help raise money for St Catherine's Hospice by covering their charity events for free?
Serving the community is deeply embedded in our team. It has allowed us to become a leader in the South East, growing to cover all things medical in the pre-hospital world, while staying small enough to care and benefit those around us.
